Michael Fassbender Hunts an Elusive Serial Killer in New 'The Snowman' Trailer

The first trailer for The Snowman starring Michael Fassbender has been released. Based on Jo Nesbø’s book of the same name, an elite lead detective (Fassbender) investigates a group of victims who begin to suddenly disappear after the first snowfall of winter. He suspects an elusive serial killer may be active and responsible for the missing persons. The detective, along with a new recruit played by Rebecca Ferguson, connect decade-old cold cases to the new ones in hopes of outwitting the killer before next snowfall.

The thriller is executive produced by Nesbø himself along with Martin Scorsese, and directed by Tomas Alfredson. Catch The Snowman in theaters October 20, 2017.
