‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Premiere Features Clues Possibly Foreshadowing Future Events
Fans speculate on a few hidden clues from the episode.

Fans of Game of Thrones never stop theorizing and analyzing. As such, showrunners/screenwriters D. B. Weiss and David Benioff never stop leaving subtle hints that foreshadow future events, and the season 7 premiere was no different. Fans took to Reddit and Twitter to discuss visual clues hidden within the first episode.
One clue came from a restricted citadel book Samwell Tarly snuck back to his quarters. During his research on dragonglass — one of the only weapons able to destroy the White Walkers — fans got a quick glimpse of one of the pages. From what we can make of the text, it seems Sam and Gilly have happened across a medicinal use for the rare resource.
Reddit user RoboFeanor meticulously transcribed what he could from the page, which reads:
“…uted to Westoros. …er may use dragon …ss of the stone, which …ude, and some of the …earrings adorned with … Valyrian proves and … But for the most part dr- … too difficult for build- … of the ostentatious kind pre-

Although it’s rather illegible, users of the same thread speculate that dragonglass can be used to treat Jorah Mormont’s greyscale.
There are other visual nods within the episode, such as the burial scene which alludes to The Hound being the Gravedigger from the Gravedigger chapter in A Song Of Ice and Fire’s A Feast for Crows, a well-known book theory. As well as Sansa adorning a similar hairstyle to Cersei who she confesses to Jon she “learned a great deal from.”
Take a look at the page and the hairstyle comparison, then share your thoughts in the comments below.
Sansa certainly “admires” Cersei. Sansa’s hair this season matches Cersei from season 3. pic.twitter.com/fJmkhjgX4i
