Last week we caught our first glimpse of SOPHNET.’s 2017 fall/winter offering, as a video presentation made its rounds online. In an alternate look at the collection, the acclaimed Japanese label recently unveiled a lookbook — casting a spotlight on the functional cold weather range. Eccentric layering techniques and sharp outerwear options take center stage, with such statement items including parkas, anoraks, blazers, and knit cardigans catching the eye. Silhouette styles, cuts and craftsmanship also play a pivotal role in the display, as wide-legged trousers and cropped denims team up with a choice selection of button-down tops sporting the imprint’s signature stars and camo prints.
