You Can Now Play 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild' Like Link Would
One of the most insane mods we have ever seen.
Legend of Zelda — and Nintendo in general — fandom knows no bounds. As Kotaku reports, the talented individuals behind MakoMod have created their own Switch based on the creations in the The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild universe. Using Link’s Breath of the Wild device the Sheikah Slate as the template and the primary source of inspiration, ModMaker/MakoMod have produced the most unique way to play The Legend of the Zelda: Breath of the Wild: the brand new, unofficial Sheikah Switch. Like a few others have noted, you can now play a Legend of Zelda game on something that looks like it genuinely belongs to Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka’s fantasy realms.
Forged out of stone and wood, you can learn about the Sheikah Switch in the visual above and the MakoMod team’s official eBay. For more, read up on the recently-released, user-created 2D game based on Breath of the Wild.
