BAPE Takes on Traditional Japanese Home With Its New Tatami Cushion
Giving it the camo update.
Continuing its ever expanding range of accessories and homeware, BAPE has released its take on the traditional Japanese Tatami mat. BAPE’s Tatami cushion comes with a straw-like effect, which is similar to classic Tatami mats found in many Japanese homes, before being finished with the less typical BAPE ABC camouflage around the edges of the cushion. The square cushion measures 40 cm by 40 cm with a thickness of 5cm, and will be available for ¥21,800 JPY (roughly $195 USD) from BAPE’s online store from July 15.
