Unimatic Offers a Range of Highly Functional Diving Watches
The cult favorite returns for 2017.
Italian micro-brand Unimatic have created a cult hero dive watch for fans around the world in its Modello Uno model. Featuring stark, military-styled dials, angular cases, and the wide matte bezel design on the diver, 2017 sees new colors and bezel variations as well as a DLC black case debut. The latest U1-D and U1-DN Uno models include the addition of a date window at six o’clock and demarcations on the uni-directional dive bezel. There will only be 600 pieces and 300 pieces for these models.
For the U1-DW and U1-DWN Uno models, they hold a sterile unmarked bezel with only a zero marker pip. These versions come with nylon and leather straps and are limited to 200 and 150 pieces per model. For the final two new iterations, the U1-DZ and U1-DZN, both are presented in a unique color choice of olive with the wordings “Army Navigator Diver,” on the dial. The U1-DZ and U1-DZN are limited to 400 and 200 pieces.
Each model retains its 40mm 316L steel case with sapphire crystals, C1 SuperLuminova lume, self-winding Seiko NH35A movements under the hood, as well as water resistance up to 300 meters. Running from $560 – $705 USD, purchase each of the models now over at WOAW’s online store.
