Lupita Nyong'o Teases More Footage From JAY-Z's '4:44'
The countdown ’till ‘4:44’ continues.
Two days away from the event that is JAY-Z‘s next album, 4:44, and more visual teasers have arrived. This time, Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o took to Instagram to release another scene from what appears to be a coinciding feature film for the album. Within the brief clip, which includes the caption, “4:44 x #JAYZ x 6/30 Sprint.TIDAL.com #444,” Nyong’o begins to weep on her knees. Perhaps, the black-and-white clip is one of the more dramatic scenes from the same movie, starring Mahershala Ali and Danny Glover. Earlier today, another clip, depicting a young boy running in a “Stay Black” T-shirt, surfaced on TIDAL. Fans will have to wait until June 30 to hear and watch JAY-Z’s 4:44 project.
