JULIUS‘s Tatsuro Horikawa is no stranger to the world of the dark aesthetic. In fact these shadowy, yet avant-garde themes have always permeated throughout his collections since the house’s inception. 2018 spring/summer sees a bit of a change with pops of colors in orange, burgundy, and olive. The military influence is evident as well in the armour-like outerwear and combat-ready ensembles — the range might as well be fit for the apocalypse. Nevertheless, while not an overall departure from the fashion label’s usual recipe, we still see an energetic and youthful vibe that should get fans of the brand excited.
