DJ Khaled Details His Air Jordan 3 "Grateful" in New Interview
“I’ve had this design in my phone for four or five years.”
Dj Khaled recently sat down with New York consignment shop Stadium Goods to talk about the Air Jordan 3 “Grateful” he collaborated on with Jordan Brand. In the interview, Khaled notes that working with Jordan Brand on the shoe has been a dream of his and that he has been striving for it for the last 15 years. Khaled also noted that the design of the shoe has been sitting in his phone for four or five years now. As for his inspiration for the shoe, the producer stated that the Jordan 3 is his favorite model and that the goal of the collaboration was to add to the classic silhouette not change it. For now, the Dj Khaled x Air Jordan 3 “Grateful” are limited to friends and family but expect the model to receive a wider release June 23.
