Disney-Pixar Introduces the Dia de los Muertos-Themed World of 'Coco'
Miguel enters the spiritual realm.
Disney-Pixar has shared a new trailer for the forthcoming animated film Coco. Released nearly three months after the unveiling of the movie’s lead trailer, the second Coco teaser provides a closer look at the vibrant world that hosts the movie’s story and continues the introduction to Coco protagonist Miguel. As far as the film’s plot is concerned, today’s vignette doesn’t reveal anything particularly groundbreaking; however, it should help build much more anticipation for the movie’s November 22 debut. An original story from the artists responsible for Toy Story 3, Finding Dory and Monsters University, Coco is set to establish an entirely new, Dia de los Muertos-themed universe for Disney fans.
