Sneakersnstuff Unveils a Datamoshing-Inspired adidas NMD_R1 Primeknit Pack
SNS unveils two of the best NMDs to date.
adidas’ Sneaker Exchange team-up with Sneakerboy and Wish isn’t the only high-profile collaboration the German sportswear giant has on tap for the month of May. Coming soon from adi and Sneakersnstuff are two of the best NMDs to date. Featuring two bold colorways of the original Primeknit-constructed silhouette, the SNS drop takes inspiration from datamoshing — a process of manipulating the data of media files in order to achieve visual or auditory effects when the files are decoded. SNS and the Three Stripes even tapped grime legend D Double E and rising star Elf Kid for a special campaign video — one complete with a Dullah Beatz-provided soundtrack.
Check out the video below and look for the “Datamosh” pack to drop in-store and online in limited quantities on May 12. Before that, though, be sure to tune in to SNS’s Facebook page on May 9 at 7 p.m. GMT for a live-streamed release party featuring performances by D Double E, Elf Kid and friends.
