BEAMS Puts Its Spin on the Timex Safari Watch
The underrated Timex silhouette gets dressed in black.
Unlike the Camper, Timex‘s Safari silhouette rarely makes an appearance these days, but the American timepiece manufacturer has thankfully brought the design back for a brand new release — one alongside BEAMS, no less. Crafted specifically for the Japanese retailer, the limited edition watch features all of the details of the original Safari — including the likes of 12- and 24-hour markers on the dial, a date window, a rotating compass bezel, and a woven leather strap — but ditches the predominately brown look of the OG in favor of a more contemporary black colorway.
Fans can expect to find the collaborative Safari in-store soon at BEAMS locations across Japan.
