As if we needed more ammo; Lonzo Ball, alongside friend DC The Don, dropped a freestyle (presumably a pre-written verse) over Drake’s “Free Smoke” instrumental this weekend. Before you empty out that magazine, give it a listen, because it’s not all that bad, relative to other NBA player-turned-rapper attempts. However, just like his newly-unveiled Kobe-esque sneakers, the eldest of the triple-B’s recycles Drake’s original flow, and sounds a bit like Cleveland emcee King Chip — or is that just us?
If only he had his pops ranting on the outro…
