Ice Cube Is Working on a New 'Friday' Movie
We just need Chris Tucker to sign up.
It looks like Ice Cube has plans to work on another Friday movie. The news was revealed during Florida radio program The Get Up Crew‘s new interview with John Witherspoon, who played the role of Ice Cube’s father in the Friday series. “I was at the airport and I saw Ice Cube. Cube said he’s gonna do another Friday,” Witherspoon tells the staff at Orlando station Power 95.3. “He said he wanted to meet with me. He couldn’t make it, but we’re gonna meet next week and get things together.” Ice Cube has yet to make any official statement of his own, but it looks like another Friday film is in the works.
