A Closer Look at the Porsche Design x adidas Travel Tourer BOOST In "Trace Cargo"
The latest Porsche x adi collab is finally popping up at more retailers.
Back in January, adidas unveiled one of its best BOOST-cushioned kicks yet: the Travel Tourer BOOST. Created in conjunction with Porsche Design, the collaborative kicks were essentially the perfect Three Stripes design for the airport security line and not only featured the brand’s fan-favorite midsole, but a sleek mesh upper and leather tongue, too. Now, nearly two months after the shoe’s debut, the “Trace Cargo” edition of the silhouette is finally getting a wider rollout.
Sporting a marled upper like its predominately black counterpart, the “Trace Cargo” drop couples the brownish-green hue with “Putty” throughout its mesh construction while also employing the light tan color on everything from the rubber outsole and leather tongue to the lacing and piping around the collar. As expected, the BOOST midsole appears in its familiar white finish while subtle Porsche Design branding graces both the tongue and the lateral side of the upper near the heel.
