NISSIN's Miso Ginger Energy Cup Noodle Is Guaranteed to Keep You Awake
An energy drink you eat.

Japanese instant noodle company NISSIN recently unveiled the world’s first-ever “Energy Cup Noodle.” The rich, pork stock miso-based ginger and garlic found in NISSIN’s Miso Ginger Energy Cup Noodle functions like an energy drink as it contains the amino acid arginine and the vitamin niacin (vitamin B3), which are ingredients commonly found in canned energy drinks. The cup noodle also provides a balanced filling meal as it contains pork, egg, cabbage, red pepper and a large sized bed of instant noodles. Retailing at ¥205 (approximately $2 USD), NISSIN’s Miso Ginger Energy Cup Noodle is set to release at supermarkets and stores across Japan March 27.
For fans of NISSIN, the Cup Noodle company recently collaborated with Young & Reckless on a racing-themed capsule collection.
