Following the sold-out launch of Limited Edt‘s last collaboration with ASICS Tiger in 2015, the Singaporean footwear boutique is linking up with the sneaker brand once again. This time around, LE is revamping the GEL-LYTE III and GEL-LYTE V. Clad in updated versions of the original floral print from the 2015 collaboration, both shoes pay homage to the heritage of ASICS Tiger with the black “KURO” print and the purple “MURASAKI” print.

The GEL-LYTE III features an orchid print laser-etched onto its premium, soft black leather upper. Finishing touches include a gold brass finish on the heel and reflective ASICS stripes. The “MURASAKI” GEL-LYTE V features a brighter look with a jacquard floral upper in deep purple, light blue and yellow. According to Mandeep Chopra, owner of Limited Edt, “We are extremely honored to work with ASICS Tiger and partner them for a second time. Our team had a great time working on this project to put our own spin on two iconic sneaker models while making use of premium materials. We were inspired by the Vanda Miss Joaquim as it is a hybrid orchid, which represents Singapore’s uniqueness and diverse culture”

The shoes will release at Limited Edt in Singapore on March 24 and at select stockists on March 30.
