J.Crew and New Balance Team up on the Espresso-Inspired 997 Cortado
Based on two long-standing classics.
Inspired from the much-beloved espresso drink, the cafe cortado, New Balance and J.Crew set to unveil the collaborative 997 Cortado silhouette exclusively for the retailer. A throwback to the early ’90s, the new model embraces the rich shades and textures of some of its earliest predecessors. Crafted from premium suede, the uppers feature a tonal mix of off-white, grey and brown, which sits atop an outsole system comprised of a clean white mid area and a light brown outer. The new design will be made available in select stores and online as of March 25.
