Following up his “Life & Times” part with Thrasher Magazine, Boo Johnson links up with The Berrics and Diamond Supply Co. for “Meet the Miners” — a nearly seven-minute documentary recounting how the 24-year-old went from high school dropout to pro skater. Boo takes us back to his hometown of Tehachapi, CA to meet his supportive family, while learning how skateboarding saved his life. And for the cherry on top: a few minutes of shredding with his DSC teammates was spliced in the middle of this inspiration short film.
