The Chinese streetwear label unveils its latest lookbook.
Chinese streetwear label Randomevent has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2017 collection lookbook titled “randomnotevent.” As the cryptic title suggests, the collection’s theme pivots on the obscurity and subversion of political, cultural and social constructs. This is reflected in the military-inspired garments such as the M65 parka jacket, the camo-print anorak and the waterproof track jacket with 3M reflective banner detailing. A selection of retro silhouettes reference the ’80s and ’90s period, while graphics on T-shirts riff on the standard logos of international organizations.
