If there’s one thing we’ve come to learn about Junichi Abe is that he’s definitely not shy about experimenting with clashing color schemes, particularly in his ongoing partnership with adidas. So far we’ve seen the Japanese designer unleash bold takes on the Response Trail BOOST and UltraBOOST Uncaged, not to mention the polka dot-clad UBs from last season. The latest kolor x Three Stripes sneaker to be unveiled is none other than the regular UltraBOOST, which is set to debut alongside its cageless counterpart on February 17 exclusively in Japan. Rendered in a black Primeknit base, unusual hits of blue, yellow, red and gold adorn various portions of the sneaker, culminating in one of the most unique colorways we’ve seen to-date.
