Since San Francisco’s Moscone Center is currently under renovation for a planned expansion, Apple is heading south for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference, kicking things off on June 5 in San Jose as it takes to the McEnery Convention Center — which is just minutes away from its new headquarters — on the south side of the Bay Area. Apple’s announcement reads:

Technology alone is not enough. Technology must intersect with the liberal arts and the humanities, to create new ideas and experiences that push society forward. This summer we bring together thousands of brilliant minds representing many diverse perspectives, passions, and talents to help us change the world.

As per usual, Apple isn’t offering any hints on what to expect at WWDC 2017, but updates to both macOS and iOS are almost a lock while watchOS and tvOS may make appearances, too.

Those interested in attending can apply for the $1,599 USD tickets via lottery on March 27, but applicants will have to act fast: past years have seen WWDC sell out in mere minutes. If you miss out on a ticket though, fear not: Apple will once again livestream portions of the conference — including the opening keynote — online for free.

WWDC 2017 will run from June 5 through June 9.
