A High-Top Nike KMTR Surfaces
Stay strapped for winter.

Nike has teased a new boot-like sneaker in the vein of the weather-resistant Nike KMTR. Recalling the tall Nike SF-AF1, the new shoe looks poised to become an inclimate weather staple.
Although the new model appears to be related to the KMTR in terms of colorway, sole and material, several details distinguish this heretofore unseen iteration. Eschewing laces for a Fidlock buckle system, the sneaker prominently features an extended bootie meant to keep legs warm and dry. Also emphasizing the shoe’s versatility, robust outsole ensures grip on slippery terrain. Nike Sportswear branding further differentiates the sneaker.
No release info has been announced for the new shoe, but stay tuned for a possible wintertime release. In the meantime, check out Nike’s Gyakusou gaiter boot for more buckles.
