'Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse' Brings Miles Morales to the Big Screen

With Miles Morales quickly becoming a fan favorite in the Spider-Man universe, Sony Pictures recently revealed its plans to bring Morales to the big screen. After popping up as an easter egg in various media, the young Spider-Man is set to star in the upcoming animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Releasing Christmas 2018, Into the Spider-Verse is a fresh CGI take on the Spider-Man universe centered around Miles becoming New York’s newest web-slinger and a convergence that causes Spider-Men from other dimensions to meet. In the trailer for the upcoming film, Miles is seen sporting a rough costume highlighting the cityscape of NY while he displays his newfound powers. Additionally, an exciting scene at the end of the clip offers a look a the meeting between Miles and Peter Parker.
