DRÔLE DE MONSIEUR Spring/Summer 2018 Collection Dives Into the Luxury Streetwear Realm
Lavish, casual and retro.
DRÔLE DE MONSIEUR has released its Spring/Summer 2018 collection titled “Collection N°5.” This season, the French label ventures into the luxury streetwear category with a range of staple silhouettes made of premium fabrics and an aesthetic that draws from vintage films combined with a modern attitude.
The range pivots heavily on retro styling, featuring classic street silhouettes such as track jackets and pants, windbreakers, functional hoodies, paneled tops, graphics sweaters, and T-shirts. High-end materials such as Japanese satin, Italian knits, French woven textiles, 520gsm Canadian fleece and Korean technical fabric add a dose of opulence, while premium details such as mother pearl buttons and luxury drawstring details offer some low-key flexing. Finally, a color palette of warm-tones and jewel hues makes the collection an easy addition to any wardrobe.
