Modern Man Pays Tribute to Virgil Abloh With Tour Tee
Along with two other “World builders.”
2017 has been Virgil Abloh‘s year, with his award winning Nike collaboration, lecture at Harvard and his brand — Off-White™ — rising 31 places to become the third hottest brand in the world. And to celebrate the past year, French merchandise label Modern Man has payed tribute to the designer with a new tour T-shirt.
This isn’t the first time that the brand has made a merch capsule for a designer, with recent releases in honor of Raf Simons and Gucci’s Alessandro Michele. The vintage-influenced tee features Virgil alongside images of legendary architects Zaha Hadid and Rem Koolhaas, describing the trio as “world builders” on the front. The back of the T-shirt features more images, as well as references to each figure’s company.
