Get familiar with the Berlin based sound-maestro.

Berlin based sound-maestro Niklas Kramer, otherwise known as Still Parade is taking his dreamy psych-pop sound into the realm of mid-80s soundscapes with his new EP, Kindness. This after his release of 2017’s low-key acclaimed Concrete Vision album along with a plethora of shows and festivals all over Europe. This latest EP also serves as Kramer’s first music release in over a year. The EP was recorded in just five days and serves as an spiritual interlude that bridges Concrete Vision and a new full-length album slated to release in 2018. In regards to the concept, Niklas’ explains:
After working on a new album for most of the year and just feeling stuck for awhile I felt the urge to focus on something else for awhile. I started revisiting unreleased and unfinished songs I had written over the last few years. I rearranged parts, changed some of the words and sequenced the instruments and then recorded them straight to tape. I tried to keep the process as straightforward as possible and not to overthink any of my decisions. I always want to make music that is real to me and these song capture the feeling of this one weird week in August.
