Americans Spent $6.6 Billion USD on Cyber Monday, Setting a New Record
A 17% increase over last year.

This year, Cyber Monday became the biggest online shopping day in US history, with an estimated $6.6 billion USD in sales. That is a 17% increase over last year, according to Adobe. Comparatively, Black Friday and Thanksgiving Day produced online sales of $5 billion USD and $2.9 billion USD, respectively.
According to Adobe, the Nintendo Switch, its title Super Mario Odyssey, Apple AirPods, Google Chromecast, Roku, Samsung tablets, Apple iPads, Sony PlayStation VR, and the Microsoft Xbox One X sold most this year. Toys including PJ Masks and Hatchimals Collectibles figurines, Funko Pop dolls, L.O.L. Surprise dolls, and ride-on cars were among the most sold as well.
