Les Vêtements de Football Returns With More Satirical Soccer Jerseys
Spoofs of Vetements, COMME des GARÇONS, Gucci and more.
nss magazine‘s parodic Les Vêtements de Football returns with another selection of referential kits. The jerseys feature tweaked logos from some of the biggest brands in fashion.
Vetements — along with its DHL T-shirts — and Gucci branding are emblazoned on vintage soccer jerseys in bold colors, nearly identical to how the imagery appears on the brands’ own items. Meanwhile, other popular graphics are humorously undercut — the Good Design Shop x COMME des GARÇONS logo appears normally, but the “Automne-Hiver 85-86” print seen on CDG staff coats now reads “COMME des FOOTBALL.” Meanwhile, Acne Studios is now Acab Studios and Balenciaga is Balenciagoal. The designs also appear on socks and scarves.
