This past summer, 40s & Shorties joined forces with legendary gentlemen’s club Sam’s Hofbrau. For the brand’s latest collaborative effort, it now links up with renowned publication Hustler for a series of graphic tees, shirts, outerwear pieces, pants and more.
With both entities pinpointing their “sense of independence” and irreverence towards the status quo, 40s & Shorties and Hustler have combined to place the spotlight of the latter’s storied history, using the “raw aesthetic” of streetwear to tell the tale. “Politics is my hobby, smut is my vocation,” reads a Larry Flynt quote emblazoned on the lookbook. While the items here definitely aren’t something you’d wear to the workplace, the new joint line doesn’t broadcast any of the over-the-top displays of nudity that have become synonymous with the Hustler brand.
You can take a look at 40s & Shorties and Hustler‘s new collaborative collection above, while the products themselves will hit retailers and the online realm on Saturday, November 4.
Earlier this year, 40s & Shorties also worked with OTH to make Montreal’s culture come alive in another joint collection.
