adidas Originals Reworks Classic "Crazy" Silhouette
New versions of the Crazy 8 ADV PK and Crazy 1 ADV.
Having announced 21 Savage, Young Thug and Playboi Carti as the “Faces of Crazy,” adidas Originals has now unveiled two new styles of its classic basketball silhouette. The pack features two Crazy sneakers — the Crazy 8 ADV PK and the Crazy 1 ADV — which are updated with textures such as Primeknit and premium nubuck.
For the more aggressive looking Crazy 8 ADV PK silhouette, adidas Originals has given the sneaker a Primeknit upper as well as textured stripes and structural overlays. Other features of the silhouette include a concealed lacing system, while the distinctive jagged tooling along the midsole remains intact. The subtler Crazy ADV comes with a premium nubuck upper, a sock-like neoprene interior and a concealed lacing system. This is then placed atop a dual-density midsole and outsole.
Both sneakers are set to drop on November 22. Until then, take another look at the GORE-TEX x adidas Originals NMD City Sock, which is set to drop later this month.
