Following Lonzo Ball’s landmark triple-double against the Milwaukee Bucks this Saturday his dad, LaVar Ball, was on Saturday Night Live to debut the LiGelo 20 — well not quite. The head honcho of the Ball family was impersonated by comedian Kenan Thompson. Thompson served up an amusing parody of LiAngelo Ball’s upcoming $1.4 million USD sneaker, the LiGelo 20, that can only be bought one shoe at a time. Thompson boasts that each $700,000 USD shoe would come with an integrated Bose sound system, power-lacing, and world’s finest chicken “rotiss-ary” cooker.

The retail price of the LiGelo 20 makes a mockery of Lonzo’s ZO2 Prime Remix, priced at $495 USD, and LaMelo’s Melo Ball 1, priced at $395 USD, as they take top spot as the most expensive pair of Big Baller Brand sneakers.

You can watch the comedy sketch above. Keeping with the Ball family, watch LaVar Ball answer basketball questions in “Baller Support.”
