Here's What Went Down at Tyler, The Creator's GOLF le FLEUR x Converse Launch
Featuring an appearance from the man himself.
After unveiling the latest capsule from GOLF le FLEUR and Converse, Tyler, The Creator headed to Seoul to officially launch the updated One Star and accompanying apparel. The drop saw three different colorways of the sneaker – vanilla, green and yellow — and clothing pieces such as a Sherpa bomber jacket, hoodie, T-shirts and bucket hat also dropped at the exclusive event.
The launch event saw a takeover of Seoul’s Kasina store, with Tyler making an appearance and signing some of the sneakers. The event also saw Korea’s streetwear fans turn up to the space in some of their finest pieces, with brands like Palace, mastermind JAPAN and Patta all featuring. We went down to the event to see what went down, and to take a look at the GOLF le FLEUR signature sneakers on foot.
Take a look through images from the launch event above, and don’t worry if you weren’t able to pick up a pair from the Seoul event; the capsule is set to launch worldwide via the Converse web store on November 2. It’s been a busy month for Tyler, The Creator, who has recently unveiled more additions to the Golf Wang Fall/Winter 2017 collection.
