Under Armour's Curry 4 Is Predicted to Be the Number 1 Shoe in Basketball
Based on store visits, social media analysis and StockX pricing.

Ever since Steph Curry first debuted his Under Armour Curry 4 in Game 1 of last season’s NBA Finals, many have pegged this to be the shoe that restores confidence in the UA brand after a disappointing Curry 3 campaign. According to a recent report published by Markets Insider, Randal Konik, an analyst at global investment banking firm Jeffries, has gone as far as predicting the aforementioned sneaker to be the number one shoe in basketball.
Based on store visits, social media analysis and StockX pricing review, Konik has stated that the few who have been lucky enough to snag a pair ahead of its official October 27 launch, have been reselling the shoes at a whopping markup of 80 to 100 percent above value. All of this amidst reports that Under Armour has lost market share, while having to undergo mass layoffs due to lackluster sales.
When asked to comment on his prediction, Konik had this to say:
“After a very unsuccessful Curry 3 launch which caused the Curry line to lose share in basketball, the Curry 4 buzz combined with intel of slowing competitor products gives us conviction that Curry 4 can regain the #1 share in bball this year.”
