Pharrell's New NMD HU Trail, A Better Look

Over the summer, Pharrell offered a two-for-one teaser — new Neptunes music and a new pair of NMD sneakers. Now, Stadium Goods has revealed a closer look at the new adidas NMD HU Trail model on its Instagram.
The monochrome sneaker offers a sleeker take on the usual NMD silhouette, with a primeknit upper and jagged rubber sole able to handle outdoor terrain. A lack of a traditional lacing system enables the sneaker to be slipped on or off, while a cage detail above the midsole allows for an adjustable fit. Naturally, the shoe boasts the “CLOUDS” and “MOON” prints on the forefoot.
Stadium Goods has a single size 11 pair on its website for $2,000 USD. For the rest of us, we’ll have to see if the sneaker sees a wider release in the future. In related news, Pharrell has linked up with adidas, Chanel for a collaborative take on the NMD HU Trail.
