McDonald's Is Testing a Meat-Free Burger
Are you ready for the McVegan?

Vegans may soon have more choices on the McDonald’s menu with the debut of a new meat-free burger in limited availability.
A singular Mickey D’s in Tampere, Finland is offering the McVegan for a short time, from October 4 to November 21. The sandwich boasts a soybean steak patty, vegan McFeast sauce, tomato, lettuce and pickles. There’s no word yet on the meal being adopted by other McDonald’s, but with the growing number of brands like Baileys catering to vegan palettes, anything is possible.
In the meantime, Americans can experience the limited edition Szechuan dipping sauce exclusively offered by McDonald’s on October 7.
