Parisian label M/M has tapped Lacoste for a capsule collection playing off of the latter brand’s sportswear heritage. The offering also includes a new take on the iconic Lacoste logo.
Removing itself from the brand’s recognizable branding, the capsule sports a playful take Lacoste’s name instead, vaguely recreating the shape of the original crocodile. Features across a selection of polo shirts, T-shirts, and even shoes, the collection also encompasses a range of accessories, like bags, sweatbands and tennis racket cases. Besides the new logo, some items also sport a reconfigured alphabet print with emphasis given to the letters spelling out “Lacoste,” while others feature large single letters. The selection encompasses a range of colors, from neutral whites and grey to vivid reds and blues.
