In Extell's "Brooklyn Point," Condos Start at $840K USD
Views of the Manhattan skyline from BK’s tallest tower.

With three years of prep time under its belt, Extell has begun construction on its 700-foot-tall “Brooklyn Point” tower. The structure will boast over 458 luxury apartments, with prices ranging from $840,000 USD to over $4 million USD.
The 68-story skyscraper offers a range of units encompassing studios and multi-bedroom spaces. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the developer has promised “abundant entertainment areas” and “unrivaled outdoor amenities.” Until JDS’ 9 Dekalb Avenue tower is completed, “Brooklyn Point” will be the tallest building in Brooklyn.
The “Brooklyn Point” tower is expected to be completed in 2020, but in the meantime you can dream of moving into the Zaha Hadid Architect’s Condo Project.
