A Look Inside Zaha Hadid's Futuristic Spaces for NYC Condo Project
Luxury amenities abound.
In 2013, Zaha Hadid Architects unveiled a remarkable condo project located right beside Manhattan’s elevated High Line park at 520 West 28th Street. This time around, the renowned firm unveils new photos of the futuristic establishment that boasts a slew of luxury amenities: a skylit swimming pool, an intimate IMAX cinema and a sprawling gymnasium are the key spaces shown in the latest batch of imagery.
As mentioned in the inaugural announcement, the condo also comes complete with a private spa, sauna, a wellness level, an outstretched terrace as well as an automated valet parking system. Not to mention, a gorgeous green wall and water installation is constructed at the extended outdoor section by Brooklyn-based Future Green Studio.
A total of 39 luxury apartments are still available for purchase, as per Dezeen. Prices range approximately from $4.95 million USD for a two-bedroom while the penthouse suite will set you back a whopping $50 million USD.
