Artist Bradley Theodore Gives Us an On-Feet Look at the New Balance 247 LUXE
Taking the tan colorway of the hybrid sneaker for a test drive during Art Basel.
With a release of New Balance’s hybrid 247 sneaker imminent, the footwear brand gives us another look at the LUXE rendition of the silhouette as worn by New York contemporary artist Bradley Theodore. The creative, who has become known for his vibrant, painted riffs on contemporary culture featuring renditions of celebrities like Karl Lagerfeld and Cara Delevingne, had a chance to rock New Balance’s latest offering as he explored Miami during Art Basel. Following Theodore for 24 hours during the weekend of art and entertainment, New Balance presents a video documenting the Turks & Caicos-born artist as he showcases his skills with the spray can, shops for kicks, and takes the 247 — which couples a REVlite sole with the M1300’s forefoot and 576’s the perforated toe box — for a test drive.
