Back in late September of 2016, BlackBerry CEO John Chen stated the company would release another smartphone featuring the iconic physical keyboard. Looks like BlackBerry stayed true to its promise, with the QWERTY keyboard making a return in the Blackberry Mercury. Recently previewed at CES — just ahead of the phone’s launch next month — the Mercury will forgo the on-screen keyboard in favor of its trademark physical keyboard design, while maintaining its smooth and dark aesthetics.

The Mercury will house a 4.5” 1080 x 1620 pixel display, which will run on Android 7.0 Nougat and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. Other features will include 32GB built-in storage, and a 18-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. Take a look below.
