Open for Business: You Can Now Shop at the Largest Jordan Brand-Only Store in Asia
Limited-edition versions of the Jordan 12 were sold as part of the celebration.
As part of its 20th anniversary entering the Chinese market and launching an all new “Commit to Win” campaign, Jordan Brand has opened not one, but two stores in Asia. The celebration also sees the release of a limited edition version of the Air Jordan 12, the first product sold in Mainland China.
Dubbed JORDAN 1 HONGXING, the store is located in Chengdu and is pegged as the “largest Jordan-only store in Asia.” The space will have personalized Flight lab service and customers will be able to test products on its indoor court. Then there is JORDAN 16 SONGGAO — it is the “largest Jordan-only store in Taiwan” and enthusiasts can even schedule training sessions as they see fit. Since the celebration is also part of the Chinese New Year, shoppers will be able to see the signature “Commit to Win” patterns recalling key moments from Michael Jordan’s 1996-97 season on products.
