The Jordan Son of Mars was created in partnership with famed director Spike Lee, who then helmed a bevy of successful commercials featuring the “It’s Gotta Be The Shoes” slogan. The Jordan Son of Mars silhouette draws from the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 5, Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 20, incorporating the signature features of each model. Jordan Brand recently announced that it is set to release a new “Fire Red” colorway in a full family size run. The “Fire Red” colorway features a white base accented by a platinum elephant print, icy outsole and hints of black and red. Retailing at $180 USD, the “Fire Red” Jordan Son of Mars will be available at Jordan Brand retailers February 1.
