Gosha Rubchinskiy just showed his 2017 fall/winter collection today in Kalinigrad — it’s the first time since 2009 that he has presented in Russia. Besides the pieces, the other thing everyone will notice are the models. Most, if not all of them were chosen through a casting call that had young men from different parts of the country wanting to be part of the show.

Culture website INRUSSIA, took the chance to document the lives of three runway hopefuls and their journey to the city of Kaliningrad. In this initial teaser, Krasnoyarsk-born Ivan Shemyakin, one of those who answered the call, recites a poem by Aleander Pushkin. The popular piece symbolizes “youth and limitless bravery.” Watch the teaser above and stay tuned as we get more developments on the documentary.
