Super Mario Is Coming to Apple's iPhone
It’s about time.
Legendary Nintendo designer and creative head Shigeru Miyamoto made an appearance at Apple’s Keynote event today to announce a new partnership between the two brands: Super Mario will soon be available on the iPhone. Super Mario Run will be the first time the plumber-turned-hero will be playable on an iOS device. The Temple Run-like game will feature both single and multi- player games were players control Mario as he runs various familiar courses collecting coins and avoiding Koopa Troopers. Unfortunately no official release details are currently available other than Super Mario Run will be available by this year’s holiday season.
