theMIND, aka Zarif Wilder, has released his debut full length project, Summer Camp. Earlier this year, theMIND teased Summer Camp by sharing two offerings from the project with “Mercury Rising” and “Pale Rose” with accompanying music videos. Now, the full realization of theMIND’s daydreams can be felt with the full body of work. theMIND is joined on Summer Camp by Donnie Trumpet, Noname and Sean Deaux, among others, with THEMpeople handling the bulk of the production alongside Carter Lang, Knox Fortune, and Beatmachinearon. theMIND has been incubating in Chicago within the artist collective, THEMpeople. After collaborating on songs with the likes of Chicago rappers Mick Jenkins, Chance The Rapper and G Herbo, as well as Brooklyn’s Kirk Knight, theMIND is now stepping into the spotlight with his own solo project.
