Nike's "United We Rise" Hyperdunk Returns After 8 Years
Looking to bring some luck to Team USA for another gold medal.
The silhouette took Beijing’s Olympic stage back in 2008 and the Hyperdunk has seen a new rendition annually ever since. Now it will be returning to its roots just in time for this year’s festivities in Rio. The special “United We Rise” edition will be making a return along with the original model after eight years of waiting. The design hosts a fitting theme of red, white, and blue throughout as Flywire technology makes up its lateral and medial sides for a lightweight support system.
An added touch is reflective 3M detailing, which can be seen on the toe box, working its way up along the lace holes and onto the ankle support.
The Nike Hyperdunk “United We Rise” will officially release on July 23 for a price of $160 at select Nike retailers.
