The critically-acclaimed Netflix Original Series Narcos is returning for a second season in September. Today, Netflix have premiered an action-packed two-minute trailer for the series, setting the scene for drug kingpin Pablo Escobar’s escapades after escaping from prison in the first season. Based on true events, the explosive series goes behind-the-scenes of the harrowing drug war between Columbia’s real-life “King Of Cocaine” and authorities attempting to halt a powerful mastermind who, at the height of his career, was responsible for 80% of the cocaine smuggled into the United States. Narcos will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix from September 2. Get set for Season 2 with the trailer above.
