Signature Motifs Adorn Gucci's Capsule Collection With Dover Street Market
The Gucci label is also given a red background for a unique twist.
Gucci just unveiled its newest capsule collection with renowned luxury retailer Dover Street Market. The range is made up of four expertly crafted pieces — a studded denim jacket featuring a picturesque garden scenery, a sweatshirt embroidered with Gucci’s familiar floral motifs, a flannel shirt designed with a rabbit patch, and a pair of checked trousers. All motifs used reflect the house’s whimsical aesthetic, which has been prevalent throughout its designs season after season. Also, as a unique branding technique, the Gucci label on these special pieces will have a red background, rather than the usual white.
The limited-edition capsule collection will be available on June 12 at the Ginza, London, New York and Beijing Dover Street Market locations.
