Moscow’s annual sneaker convention and exhibition FACES&LACES has teamed up with Reebok Classic on the Club C, commemorating FACES&LACES’ 10th anniversary. This marks the studio’s first time collaborating with Reebok, and its first collaborative international release. The Club C is inspired by Moscow itself, utilizing three main colors — bright yellow, black, and a reactive asphalt gunpowder. The yellow is inspired by the city’s signal lights, used ubiquitously and also a key color of F&L’s anniversary exhibition. The black represents Moscow’s mysterious nights, while the reactive asphalt underlines a secure communication code between the city and its citizens. Take a look at the shoe above, which will be available to purchase at the next FACES&LACES exhibition August 6 and 7 in Moscow’s Gorky Park before hitting various retailers worldwide.
